Introduction
I will never forget the time when I saw this number – 142lb; what I think is I should be getting start to on diet!!
I cannot image if I becoming fatter and fatter!
When I was 18years old, I was 122lb only and 6 years passed by I am 142lb now!!!
I cannot believe it!!What a crazy number increase in my life!!
The reason why I would like to type this dairy in English but not Chinese, since I am working in an American based company which insists everyone can use the fluent English very well! Practice make prefect, isn’t it!? (I will not type the food name in English; it is very hard to translate.)
Things I have to do when I on diet
- Keeping away from McDonald/KFC and the other Fast food shop!
- Keeping away from Lemon tea and other soft drink which is really unhealthy.
- 8 glasses of water per day is at least!
- To do some exercise to keep the body warm and health.
- Keep dining at home but not outside!

I have to pay attention on the date which I have to dinner outside!
No steak, No junk food, No oil and No dessert, etc.
Hope that I can reach 130Lb before the end of this year!
